At Arctic Cool, we want you to stay comfortable and focused on your performance; if you are not 100% satisfied with your gear, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the cooling gear you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our quality control facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned apparel, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
